MÖTLEY CRÜE Make Mercedes-Benz Their Vehicle Of Choice On Australian Tour

AutoWeb.com.au is reporting that MÖTLEY CRÜE have made Mercedes-Benz their vehicle of choice for all band members and support act MOTÖRHEAD on their current tour of Australia.

While in Australia, MÖTLEY CRÜE band members will each have a Mercedes-Benz E-Class along with a Mercedes-Benz Vito Wagon for their equipment and luggage. Support act MOTÖRHEAD have the use of a Mercedes-Benz Viano for their concert committments in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

"The Mercedes-Benz E-Class offers extreme comfort and optimum style suited to a group with a global reputation," said Horst von Sanden, managing director, responsible for Mercedes Car Group in Australia. "Both the Mercedes-Benz Viano and Vito Wagon are recent additions to our range and have proved to be popular amoung many groups, from rock stars to families."

Last weekend MÖTLEY CRÜE and MOTÖRHEAD played two very successful concerts at the Sydney Superdome and Brisbane Entertainment Centre. On Tuesday (Dec. 6) both bands played at Vodafone Arena followed by a concert at The Palais in Melbourne on Wednesday. MÖTLEY CRÜE will also perform in Adelaide on December 8 and in Perth on December 10 before departing for Detriot to continue the "Red, White and Crüe" world tour.
